Community Investments
°µÍøTV is a committed and active member in our communities with a dedicated Community Investments department to foster partnerships between our company, our employees and the community. Investing in communities where we have operations and where our employees live and work not only is the right thing to do – it’s also smart business. By contributing financially and through volunteerism, we help build stronger communities and create a better environment for our employees, customers and the general public.
Requests for support, both monetary and for volunteers, are accepted online. Links to apply and/or to create an account as well as program guidelines can be found under the appropriate tab or section below.
Employee, Director and Retiree Matching Grants
°µÍøTV encourages and supports giving back to the community. The matching grants program provides a dollar-for-dollar match of employee and director contributions to charitable organizations from a minimum of $25 to a maximum of $10,000 per employee or director, per calendar year. Retiree contributions are eligible for a dollar-for-dollar match up to $2,500 per calendar year.

Volunteers With Energy
Our company volunteer program, Volunteers With Energy (VWE), was established to provide additional capacity and help meet the needs of charitable organizations. Company-sponsored volunteer projects generally are one-time activities that offer employees, retirees and family members an opportunity to give back to their local community.

Employees and retirees may earn grants for charitable organizations they volunteer for through VWE company-sponsored projects and independent, personal volunteer activities. Once the qualifying thresholds are met, grants up to $500 are awarded annually per employee or retiree.
